I love working with people, marketing, and working to surpass my customer's goals. After completing my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Magna Cum Laude honors from the University of Southern Maine, I found working in Real Estate matched much of my skillset. My education in statistics, marketing, communications and the legal environment of business pairs excellently with the demands I face as a REALTOR on a daily basis.
I've been a licensed real estate agent since 1997, and I enjoy the ever advancing field and technological leaps forward. I've recently added the professional designation of SRES®, Senior Real Estate Specialist and find myself well equipped to aid people in all phases of their real estate needs.

I was helping my elderly mother with some of the organization and tasks related to her selling her home and from the beginning of the process through the very end, Ruth went above and beyond what I would conside the role of the Agent. The situation for us was maybe a little more complicated than most, for various reasons, but Ruth was patient and helpful the whole way. She was acommodating to my mom and jumped in herself to help in a number of situations that were not typical Agent responsibilities. She knew what needed to get done to bring this transaction to a close and she did it. This was a big and sometimes stressful change for my mom but I felt at ease knowing she was in good hands.

Ruth was the most friendly, knowledgeable, and obliging Realtor that I could have asked for when we bought our house in Port Ludlow. We spent some time on our first meeting to ascertain our desires for the type of residence we were looking for and then took us immediately to a wonderful house that we instantly fell in love with. Although she took us to some other worthwhile candidates we returned to the first house and that's where we live today. She did a great job of looking after our interests while we went through the legal transition and made it easy for us to make the move from San Diego. We were lucky that we met up with Ruth.

I contacted Ruth before we were finished getting our Hawaii house ready for sale, and she kept in touch with us for months until I was ready to come to Washington to pick out our new house. She was friendly, relaxed, and thorough. Ruth started helping us months before we were ready to buy. She kept us up to date on houses that came up for sale that fit our category. Once we sold our house in Hawaii, my wife flew over and spent 5 days looking and a number of houses, some two or three times. Ruth was always enthusiastic and helpful as she pointed out pros and cons for each house. Once we picked the house, she was thorough in explaining the offer procedure, presented the offer and counter offers, then followed through making sure each step in the sale process was completed on time. Ruth was amazing to work with! It was very difficult and emotional to deal with selling the home of my mother who had passed away. This was not a happy or pleasant experience but if anybody could make us feel better during the process, it was Ruth. She went above and beyond what we ever would've expected from a real estate agent. She vacuumed and kept the house clean, sweeping leaves in the courtyard and meeting workmen for home repair issues. What other real estate agent does that? She was a great advocate for us and worked many hours overtime...even late night after-hours and on weekends to address our concerns and questions. We really couldn't imagine working with anybody else! We felt extremely blessed to have found her.
